Financial deadlines in December
- Monday 2 December: Last day to submit information to the financial officer on requisitioning and invoicing to state counterparts
- Thursday 5 December: Deadline for submitting information to the financial officer about internal invoicing within KTH and within the school
- Wednesday 11 December: Deadline
for financial certification in the e-invoice management system
regarding transfers of external funds to other schools and to state
counterparts
- Monday 16 December: Deadline for submitting external invoicing data to the financial officer (not state counterparts)
- Monday 23 December. Deadline for financial certification of internal invoices (to be payed in December).
- Friday 3 January 2025, 17.00: Deadline for financial certification in the e-invoice management system for 2024. Make sure to certify everything by this date!
It
is important to certify all invoices on an ongoing basis until 3
January 2025. If you are not available, activate a replacement for
