Changes in administering faculty renewal
"Starting this month responsibility for recruitment, promotions, and docentships
now rests with the ITM Faculty Board. The board in turn has established a Recruitment Committee (AU, chaired by me) and docent committee.
We hope this change will lead to enhanced quality by bringing decision-making closer to the school and departments and shorter lead-times." Read Andrew Martin's blog post

Sara Andersson is ITM's officer dedicated to teacher recruitment and docent admission – from start to end. She will, among others, coordinate recruitment board meetings, review documentation and handle appeal cases.
“Contact me before you start recruiting and I will guide you,” she says.
