The project “A unified web experience for education” has entered a new phase
The aim of the new education website is to provide a better service to prospective students through unified and comparable information. During the autumn, the project group, in cooperation with external consultants, continued to test the principles of the design for the new webpages. A proposal for a work process with the associated university-wide organisation has also been presented to all the faculty managements.
The conference included a key note by Olle Folke and Johanna Rickne, who were awarded the Assar Lindbeck medal. There was also a concluding thought-provoking panel debate on the question of whether we can afford to work less.

Ulf Johansson Joins the Swedish Retail and Wholesale Council
Ulf Johansson, Professor of Marketing at LUSEM has been appointed to the Swedish Retail and Wholesale Council. He has previously been involved through his research project “Future-Proofing Physical Stores Through New Store Formats.”

The Christmas Gift of the Year is chosen to represent the time we live in. Over recent years, unisex fragrances have gained traction due to consumer demand and investments by major brands like Gucci, Dior, and Tom Ford.
Charlotte Parnefjord had the opportunity to shadow a manager during her studies. Years later, as a manager herself, she experienced being shadowed in return. Today, she describes her role as more of an unofficial leadership position than a formal managerial one, emphasizing the importance of fostering trust, confidence, and engagement within her team.
