Webinar Launch of Uppsala Health Summit Food Systems Postconference Report
We are excited to bring you the latest updates from the 2022 Uppsala Health Summit on Food systems. Following our Summit we recently hosted a post-conference report launch, aimed at spreading our findings further.
Our webinar started with an insightful introduction by Dr Karin Artursson, Scientific Director and Adjunct Professor at the Swedish National Veterinary Institute (SVA). As the Chair of the Uppsala Health Summit Programme Committee 2022, Karin set the stage for the session that lay ahead.
We were privileged to have Dr Line Gordon, Director of the Stockholm Resilience Center, deliver a throught-provoking presentation. Line shared her expertise on transforming our food system into one that is not only healthier but also more sustainable, even in the face of escalating risks and uncertainties.
In addition, our panelist Nicole Rocque, a Senior Innovation Specialist at The Good Food Institute India, brought her unique perspectives to the table, enriching our discussions further. Our conversation was moderated by Dr Annsofie Wahlström, Program Director at SLU Future Food, Swedish University of Agricultural Science. You can catch the recording below.
To dig deeper into the comprehensive conclusions and recommendations, we encourage you to explore the post-conference policy briefing kit, available at uppsalahealthsummit.
