Festive October and quality in the research education
October and mid-term. The warm summer seems far away when my days are filled with new work tasks as vice-dean and research. October was also the month when the promotion of new doctors finally took place after the pandemic.

SLU's strategic platform Future One Health invite to breakfast and listening to a short interesting lecture. Take the chance to discuss interdisciplinarity linked to One Health together with other SLU employees.
Next event is the 10th of November with the lecure Human influence and environmental trends in stream water; Examples from the Krycklan research infrastructure, with Hjalmar Laudon. Registrate was before the 3th of November, but it is worth a try. You can participate in Uppsala, Umeå or Alnarp or on zoom. Breakfast runs between 8.00 and 9.00.

In the faculty's newsletter you can read about current events relevant to you who are an employee at the
Faculty of Natural Resources and Agricultural Sciences. Faculty director Pär Aronsson
is responsible for the content. The newsletter is produced in cooperation with the internal editorial team in the Division of Communication.
The newsletters are usually issued in connection with faculty board meetings. The next newsletter will be published on December 20 2022.
