The University Administration are being re-organized so that basic administrative procedures are the same for all schools. But at the same time, support must be customized for each department, says Maria Håkansson, head of a department at ABE and part of one of Kerstin Jacobsson's advisory groups.
"They all look different, are different sizes, some have more research projects and less teaching and vice versa. The support and expertise must be able to match this in a good way."
On 1 April HR, Finance and Communications that used to belong to ITM will re-organize. But so far you will get the same support as today and use the same contacts.
