Hej!I Studiumnytt hittar du information om samtliga system som e-lärande supportar. Visste du att vi hanterar flera olika digitala tjänster? För att ge en bättre överblick har vi nu publicerat en ny sida för E-lärande, där du kan läsa mer om hur vi förvaltar universitetets pedagogiska system. Dessutom har du möjlighet att påverka utvecklingen genom att exempelvis delta i en av våra användargrupper. Bland nyheterna för mars: - Ett projekt pågår för att testa ett nytt kursvärderingssystem.
- Uppdateringar har gjorts för att förbättra samarbetsfunktionerna i Studium.
- Det är nu möjligt att skapa en signatur och autosvar i Inkorgen.

| | | Autosvar i Inkorgen
Inkorgen i Studium är ett verktyg för att skicka meddelanden mellan lärare och studenter, och meddelandena kan även skickas som aviseringar till e-posten. Nu har vi en spännande nyhet: lärare kan äntligen lägga in autosvar! Detta innebär att du enkelt kan informera dina studenter om att du är ledig.

Verktyget Samarbeten i Studium har nu fått ett nytt utseende och utökade möjligheter. Tidigare har det gått att samarbeta i Word-dokument, men nu finns även Excel-filer och PowerPoint-presentationer som alternativ.
| | | | | | Förbättrad säkerhet vid resultatrapporteringFrån och med vårterminen 2025 är det tydligt vem som har rapporterat in betyg från Studium till Ladok. En automatisk kontroll säkerställer att endast behöriga användare kan resultatrapportera i Ladok.
| | | | | | Ett nytt projekt för kursvärderingarUnder 2025 kommer ett nytt kursvärderingssystem, Survey&Report, att testas. Det nuvarande systemet uppfyller inte längre de behov och önskemål som har framkommit. Därför kommer Survey&Report att utvärderas genom pilotkurser och verksamhetens krav. Målet är att bl.a. automatisera stora delar av kursvärderingsprocessen och förbättra analysmöjligheterna.

Uppgiftsgrupper på två språkI Inspera är det möjligt att skapa upp en uppgiftsgrupp på både svenska och engelska. Väljer du att aktivera två språk, tänk på att alltid göra en kontroll mellan de olika språkalternativen. Uppgifterna översätts inte automatiskt. Gör du ändringar i inställningar eller i texten, se till att göra det i motsvarande språkets uppgift. Om du ångrar dig och endast vill ha ett av språken måste du komma ihåg att klicka ur det oönskade språket i språkinställningarna.

För att bli behörig som administratör i Inspera behöver du delta i den obligatoriska grundkursen. Efter avslutat kurstillfälle ges du behörighet och kan börja arbeta i systemet.

Hello,In Studiumnytt, you can find information about all the systems supported by e-learning. Did you know that we manage several different digital services? To provide a better overview, we have now published a new E-learning page, where you can learn more about how we manage the university’s pedagogical systems. You also have the opportunity to contribute to their development by, for example, joining one of our user groups. March updates include: - A project is underway to test a new course evaluation system.
- Updates have been made to improve collaboration features in Studium.
- It is now possible to create a signature and an auto-reply in the Inbox.

| | | Auto-reply messages in the InboxThe Studium inbox allows teachers and students to exchange messages, which can also be sent as email notifications. A highly requested feature has been the ability to set up auto-reply messages. We are happy to announce that this is now possible.
| | | | | | Updated collaborations tool in StudiumThe Collaborations tool in Studium has received a new look and expanded functionality. Previously, it was possible to collaborate in Word documents, but now Excel files and PowerPoint presentations are also available as options.

As of the spring semester of 2025, it is now visible who has reported grades from Studium to Ladok. An automatic check ensures that only authorized users can report results to Ladok

The current system no longer meets the needs and requirements that have emerged. Therefore, Survey&Report will be evaluated through pilot courses and requirements from our key-stakeholders. The goal is to among other things, automate large parts of the course evaluation process and improve analytical capabilities.

Questions sets in two languagesIn Inspera, it is possible to create a question set in both Swedish and English. If you choose to activate two languages, always make sure to check both language versions of the questions. The questions are not translated automatically. If you make changes to the settings or the text, be sure to apply them to the corresponding language version.
