Cross-border Talent Bridge Momentum continues to grow across the Greater Copenhagen region as the Cross-border Talent Bridge partnership strengthens collaboration around one of the region’s most important future challenges: skills supply. In this edition, we spotlight upcoming participation at Almedalen and Folkemødet 2026, where international talent, cross-border collaboration, and future workforce needs will take centre stage in key regional conversations. You will also find updates from across the partnership – from collaborative planning for the next phase of the project and upcoming events connecting companies and international talent, to reflections from Martina Åkerlund at International Citizen Hub Lund on the power of communication, community, and creating a sense of belonging across borders. 10 June - Strengthening Collaboration across the CTB PartnershipOn 10 June, partners and associated partners in the Cross-border Talent Bridge project will gather at Copenhagen City Hall for a collaborative meeting focused on future activities, knowledge sharing, and stronger cross-border cooperation. Each work package will present upcoming activities for autumn 2026 through spring 2027, while associated partners are invited to explore opportunities for collaboration, outreach, and participation in upcoming initiatives and events.
The meeting will also reflect on implemented
activities and lessons learned. Together, the partnership continues to strengthen the region’s efforts to attract and retain international talent across Greater Copenhagen.

Together, these discussions underline a shared regional reality: attracting and retaining international talent requires coordinated action, long-term thinking, and collaboration across borders.
