On 3 June a webinar and workshop was arranged with the topic: Reference and limit values for carbon footprints of buildings from a Nordic
perspective. Presentations from research done to find reference and limit values was followed by group discussions about the benefits and challenges with limit values.

Welcome to the third Nordic Climate Forum for Construction in Reykjavik, 27th of September 2021
The climate forum is planned as a yearly event for discussions with
policymakers and stakeholders from industry, academia, and the finance
sector.

Two day course in applied life cycle thinking- ONLINE
Swedish Life Cycle Center offers a two day course in Applied life cycle thinking. It will be held online 27-28 October 2021.
The course is aimed for you who need a better understanding of the life
cycle perspective, life cycle assessment (LCA) and its role for
sustainable development in your organization. After the course you will have a deeper understanding on how to apply life cycle
thinking in your organization, through real cases and proven methods.
Forum for Sustainability through Life Cycle Innovation e.V. – FSLCI
arranges a summer school with the theme “Sustainable Building and
Construction in Regions”. It is a virtual life cycle summer school that

Swedish Life Cycle Center is a center of excellence for the advance of applied life cycle thinking in industry and other parts of society. The center is a joint collaboration platform for universities, industries, research institutes and government agencies for competence building and exchange of experience to move the life cycle field forward.
