Vi vill också påminna att vi har öppen verkstad varje dag, det är bara att titta in, vi svarar på små som stora frågor. Mer information finns i vårt veckoschema.

Dags att uppdatera höstens kurser
Om du vill återanvända material från tidigare terminer är det möjligt att kopiera en hel kurs eller delar av den. Det kan vara värt att fundera på vad som blir bäst. Titta på instruktionsfilmen som finns på sidan:
Vi vill tipsa om en tidsbesparande funktion. Säg att ni har kopierat en kurs från föregående termin och vill på ett smidigt sätt anpassa datum inför den kommande terminen. Under "Uppgifter" finns en genväg till en sida som visar alla uppgiftsdatum på kursen. På den sidan kan ni antingen ändra ett datum i taget eller markera och flytta fram datum på alla inlämningar samtidigt.
Har du kopierat kursmaterial från en tidigare termin är det jätteviktigt att du kontrollerar att gruppuppgifterna är kopplade till rätt gruppuppsättning i den nya kursen. Observera att gruppkopplingen inte kan ändras efter att studenterna har börjat lämna in.
Nu när höstens kurser har dykt upp på översikten kan det vara smart att sortera lite bland kurserna.
Klicka på "Kurser" i globala menyn och välj "Alla kurser" längst ner i fliken. Nu ser du en lista över samtliga kurser som du har tillgång till. Markera genom att klicka på stjärnan vilka kurser du vill ha som favoriter. De du har valt som favoriter kommer att visas på översikten och de finns även med som snabbval nästa gång du klickar på "Kurser".

New semester
Move/copy course material
If you want to reuse material from previous semesters, it is possible to copy an entire course or parts of it. It might be worth considering which method works best for your course. Watch the instructional video and read more on the page:
We would like to suggest a time-saving function. Say you have copied a course from the previous semester and want to easily adjust the dates for the upcoming semester. Under Assignments is a shortcut to a page that shows all assignment dates in the course. On that page, you can either change one date at a time or mark and advance the dates of all assignments at the same time.
After copying your course from the previous term, remember to connect all group assignments and discussions to the correct group set. Since the previous group sets are not copied to the new course, the assignments will be linked to "Project groups" which is empty. If you find that you have imported something that is connected to "Project groups", you can unpublish it for the time being. Once the new groups are formed, you can edit the assignment settings and link to the correct group set before publishing.
Now that the Autumn courses have appeared on the dashboard, you may wish to hide older courses which are no longer relevant for you.
Click on Courses in the Global menu. A tab should open to the left, click All courses at the bottom. On this page you will see a list of all your courses. Here you can click the star to the left of a course to mark it as a favorite. Once you return to the dashboard, you will then only see your favorited courses.

The university's introductory course about Studium is self-paced and contains short films and descriptive texts that will aid you in the design and administration of your courses. This course is recommended to all who are new to Studium, and even to those who are looking for inspiration and tips about the learning management system.
